How to use it?
(1) Make sure your chest is free from moisturizers. powders. oils. or perfumes because they hinder the effectiveness of the adhesive.
(2) Peel the protective plastic film from each nipple cover and set the film aside. Apply one at a time. Press firmly to ensure good adhesion to the skin.
(3) REMOVE gently after each use.
3-step cleaning
(1) Hand wash them with warm water. or you can add a mild soap if you'd like.
